1、ZWA嚴厲禁止索賄受賄和收取回扣的行為，嚴禁收取任何不正當的酬金、禮物或其他利益；

Any bribe will be strictly forbidden, includes but not limit to: commission, bonus, gift, cash etc.

2、任何員工未經公司批準不準采購本人親屬及朋友的物品；

Any purchaser is forbidden to purchase the goods from their relatives or friends without the approval of the company.

3、不準讓供應商請客吃飯，必須參加的，經批準，由公司買單；

No dinner treat is allowed from the suppliers or customers. If necessary, after approval, ZWA will host and treat.

4、嚴禁管理干部收取下級員工所送的財物禮品。

No gifts or cash is allowed to be accepted from subordinates.

以上四條，若違反其中任意一條，均做開除處理，情節嚴重者將交與司法部門處理。
